Every bed ships crated and insured with white-glove delivery to your door, worldwide. It arrives assembled — you position it, plug in, and follow the quick-start walkthrough on the tablet. Lead time is typically 25–30 days as each unit is built to order.
Each bed runs on a 220V supply (we advise on the outlet before your order ships). Confirm the footprint above against your room — the flagship Apex needs the most clearance, the Core the least. Active cooling keeps every model quiet enough for a bedroom or studio.
