Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every bed we build. If yours isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right — repair, replacement or return, whichever fits the situation. Accessories can be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging.

Email support@biohackxlabs.com with your order number and what’s wrong. For beds, we’ll arrange collection; for accessories, we’ll send return instructions. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

Once your return is collected or received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Every LED, board and panel is covered for five full years. Medical-grade diodes are rated for 100,000 hours, so a warranty claim is rare — but if you need one, your order number is all we ask for.

If you’d like a different bed or accessory, the fastest route is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

Every bed ships insured. If yours arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. For beds, we arrange and cover collection; for accessories, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
