Yes. We ship worldwide — every bed travels crated and insured, with white-glove delivery to your door.

White-glove delivery is included on every bed. Accessories ship at a flat rate, always shown at checkout before you pay.

Accessories get a tracking link by email as soon as they ship — allow up to 48 hours for it to start updating. For beds, our delivery team contacts you directly to arrange a window.

Satisfaction guaranteed. If your bed isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right — repair, replacement or return. Accessories can be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Every LED, board and panel is covered for five full years. The diodes themselves are rated for 100,000 hours — about a decade of daily use.

Lie down, choose a protocol on the tablet (or one of the 6+1 presets), and let the bed run. Most owners do 10–20 minutes daily. All five wavelengths fire together, so a single session covers everything from the skin’s surface to deep tissue.

Our beds are wellness tools, not medical devices, and are designed for everyday use. Protective eyewear is included with every bed. If you have a specific health concern, check with your doctor first.

Each bed runs on a 220V supply — we advise on the outlet before your order ships. Check the footprint on the product page against your room: the flagship Apex needs the most clearance, the Core the least.

Wipe the panels down with a dry cloth. Active cooling handles the rest, and full care details are included in the box and on the tablet.
