Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Every bed travels crated and insured, and arrives with white-glove delivery to your door.

Accessory orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each bed is built to order, so expect a 25–30 day lead time before your delivery is scheduled — monthly production is allocated, and your place in the run is confirmed by email.

Once a bed leaves production, our delivery team brings it into the room of your choice. It arrives assembled — you position it, plug in, and follow the quick-start walkthrough on the tablet. Accessories ship standard and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

White-glove delivery is included on every bed, worldwide. Accessories ship at a flat rate, always shown at checkout before you pay.

For accessories, we’ll email a tracking number when your order ships — please allow up to 48 hours for it to start updating. For beds, our delivery team reaches out to arrange a window that works for you.

Occasionally carriers or customs experience delays outside our control. If your order seems stuck, reach out and we’ll help track it down.
